Note: This DLC no longer is available for download for any platform
Late last night a diligent Rocksmith fan was scouring the Internet for new information when he came across a new album on iTunes simply entitled “A Very Rocksmith Christmas”
The album is now free, and features arrangements of three classic yuletide songs including:
- Carol Of The Bells by Seth Chapla
- God Rest Ye Merry, Gentleman by Brian Adam McCune (@BrianAdamMcCune)
- We Three Kings by Versus Them (@VSThem)
Check it out here
Update December 20th, 2011: This DLC is Free! Check it out now! [XBL Marketplace Download]
I'd check but my tv bulb died 🙁
I'm an Agnostic. 😛
This doesn't offend me.
My complaint… It's AFTER Christmas. Kinda a bit too late. All the radio stations that play Christmas music would've already resorted back to their regular programming.
Still… I'll probably still get it… depending on the cost of course.
It is out today (Dec 20)… and FREE at least for XBox – I would assume also for PS3
I knew it, christmas songs should be free, durr, it's x-mas people. The only holiday where you get free stuff…
XD
Well they should have added this as free DLC just like Guitar Hero did….
I kinda agree with Doom878
I'm no atheist but Atheists shouldn't be offended about this either, you gotta accept it, you may not like it but you do have a choice, you don't have to buy it if you don't want it
Fingers crossed that the DLC is free. We'll find out later today with the Megadeth preview video m/
As an atheist, I am not offended. However, since these songs are not available presently in rocksmith… when are they coming? It's less than 2 weeks til christmas… and it's not like players of rocksmith are all rock gods who can turn around and FC these things in a matter of hours.
One would assume they would appear on December 27th.
As an atheist, this offends me.
Call me Scrooge but I'd rather get other dlc and pay
