Welcome to the December DLC Round-Up! It’s the final one before we begin voting on the Best DLC of 2019!
Before we get to December, let’s take a look at who you voted for as Best DLC of November 2019!
The clear winner is Pat Benatar, followed by Blues III (featuring John Lee Hooker, Freddie King, and Shuggie Otis), and narrowly beating the final exercise pack of 2019, is the big dog from North Carolina, Daughtry!
December brought back two artists after an abscence of almost SIX years (Weezer and Aerosmith), and gave us one of the biggest pop acts of all time (ABBA)!
Let’s see what bassists were playing to end the year
Weezer’s bass lines are simple, yet effective. This one delivers just that

The entire Aerosmith pack is enjoyable on bass but this one stands out for sure

I bought all three, and have been playing all 3. Great month, I hope this is the trend for 2020
Amazing every time one of these polls come out whatever rock or metal music came out that month is the clear winner. Yet they keep forcing all this crap no one wants down our throats. Stick to what sells and what people want. Rock.
I wanted ABBA, so I’m also “no one”
I’m sure you and the other 5 people that bought it , loved it.
You wanted ABBA, one of the most guitarless bands in the history of the world, in a game that is designed to teach people electric guitar? What are you doing with your life?

If no one wanted the other packs it would be 100% for the rock. I have never seen a landslide in any of these DLC Roundups, which shows that Rocksmith tries to have something for everyone’s tastes. I noticed that the Exercise packs received votes as favorites even though the majority of commenters whined about them. I am also not sure how anything is being “forced” on anyone.
Rocksmith thinks Aerosmith is the best cause they could’ve had the other two packs be the end of the year pack.
