Hello Rocksmith fans!

This week’s clue has revealed yet another brand new artist to music games as a whole!

Let’s check out RollingStone222’s clue

Hey, that’s a GIF!

Anagram time!

Well that is certainly something blueish

After a Metal Mix pack???

Well I’ll be…

It’s a THREE pack!

What other songs may join Galileo in next week’s @Indigo_Girls’ song pack?

What follows is speculation

Anyone remember this song from The Office?

Probably a sure thing

This would be a shock

Something a bit upbeat?

Is this the opposite of the Avril song?

Are you excited for some more Folk Rock to be added to the Rocksmith Remastered library? Or is this a skip week before the inevitable ?Halloween? content?

  1. Where are the nutheads bashing usefull learning exercises dlcs when this trashed is announced. By the season it should have been a horror themed one ffs.

  2. I’m ok with this one, even though I don’t listen to their music. They’re very good guitar players who compose excellent duet guitar pieces. They have a lot of fans, so it’s going to make some current Rocksmith players happy and maybe it will bring some new Rocksmith customers. Biggest plus? It’s not another week of metal.

  3. I mean it’s fine… but if the genre it’s not a glowing example we were all clamouring for.
I like these fallow weeks for picking up older songs I passed on originally so there’s that at least.

We’d better be getting some pants-crappingly spooky tunes for Halloween… ?

      1. So I’m thinking, maybe the ROI has already been met, and now the Ubisoft team has the freedom to touch base with fans of certain genre’s that haven’t been well represented. While I’m not into metal, I am happy to see those who love it have received some. Also not a fan of the Indigo Girls, but someone out there is. There’s already been some metal releases within the past month. There’s been a huge amount of metal that’s been released since Rocksmith 2014 came out. Since Halloween is this month, most likely another metal pack is on the way. We don’t need to see the same genre every week. Even if a style of music I like came out every week or even once a month, as a music fan, I’d understand that some folks aren’t seeing what they want to learn. It’s good to mix things up. (an ask yourself do you really know all of those songs or have you just played a little and now want the next thing?) This year has helped me save a lot of money on DLC, which is actually a good thing after struggling to resist buying content throughout 2017. (failed miserably that year) For all of the folks complaining, the Rocksmith catalog is huge. If this isn’t your year, go back and look at what’s already out. There’s quite a bit of metal, a lot of classic rock, and a lot of alternative.

(Note: I understand someone may dive on this post because of the genre’s I singled out. The reason for that is because it seems like all of the complaints are always coming from fans of that genre. I don’t see hip-hop heads, country fans, jazz lovers, gospel enthusiasts or other genres complaining week after week. And they have a reason to.)

      1. Day one user of this product and almost weekly purchaser of DLC, not a hater at all, enjoy the diverse selections offered for the most part.

The developers owe me nothing and new content is a bonus at this point.

Just concerned that this year’s releases may not generate the ROI needed to continue new content.

  4. Well with Halloween coming I knew we had to be getting at least one pack inline with the season. This is not the kind of scary I was hoping for.

    1. However, I was scared that someone would walk into my office while I was listening to this song. I need more grunge era asap.

  5. i always enjoyed closer to fine its like Tegan and Sara except you know better songwriters and singers and guitar players

  6. P…p…p…pass! Suzanne Vega or Beth Orton would have piqued my interest, but I’ve never heard of the Indigo girls and their muzak is pretty dull. There’s nothing there I want to emulate or learn from…
