Seems like there’s leaks happening all over the place when it comes to Rocksmith! It was brought to our attention by Creeko that GameSta has reported the following via Rocksmith’s forthcoming Europe release:
“The European version will also exclusively contain a bass guitar version, not available Stateside.”

When questioned about this statement in their comment section Gamesta Daav replied “We get all our Ubisoft info straight from Ubisoft themselves.”
Not much to go on but could it be possible that Ubisoft wants to give Europe the Bass Content on-disc to apologize for the 11 month delay? Does this mean that North America will wait for it to be released as DLC after September 14th, or will it be simultaneous?
Also what is the “Bass Content” and how much does it cost if it’s DLC? Will it truly upgrade every song on disc? What about DLC content?
… And how am I going to play this?!

I am thinking that they already installed the Bass content in the game and DLC… they are still just ironing out the instrument details whatever that is.
I wish my bass still had a working jack. Then I could get excited about being able to learn Higher Ground on da bass.
