This week brings one artist back to Rocksmith Remastered and two brand new ones, to music games as a whole!
Over the weekend we learned that @CarlySimonHQ’s You’re So Vain (No Secrets – 1972) would be in the pack, as well as @chicagotheband would return with the newsletter hinted, Saturday in the Park (Chicago V – 1972).
Today we can confirm (via Xbox NZ) the third song is George Benson’s Breezin’ (1976) an instrumental jazz piece that will be sure to challenge both Guitarists and Bassists alike!

Eh, only song really challenging is Breezin’; definite buy. The other songs just boring. They could have picked some really challenging songs from Chicago, but stuck with a greatest hits. Stay healthy and safe people and shred some guitar during the pandemic!
Fully agree, Breezin is a huge challenge. The charts for the other 2 songs are pretty weak IMO. The solo on You’re so vain is fun but a bit shortlived. I really didn’t rate the Chicago song at all. No fun whatsoever.

Wow!!! Surprised we didn’t guess this, considering how often both jazz and George Benson have been mentioned in this room. I hope this is a hint at things to come. Love Breezin’. Would love to also see Give Me the Night, and On Broadway.

Nailed it! Thank you for some more 70s lovin, and three excellent songs. Even if Carly’s is not the best or most challenging bass line in the world, it’s a song I do love to play.
