On the weekend that just passed The-Other-View posted a video from their time at Ubisoft checking out Rocksmith. When Paul Cross selected a song to play he scrolled through a bunch of album art we had not previously seen before. As usual @RDNetwork rose to the challenge figuring out seven song using the album covers and the sorting system (alphabetical order) that we will be rocking out too come October!

I can tell you one thing- I never would have thought we’d see Sigur Rös in any of these games!
** UPDATE – July 19th, 2011 ** Looking over The-Other-View’s write up @RDNetwork noticed this sentence:
I started out with songs like “Satisfaction” by Mick Jagger and “In Bloom” by Nirvana, but I really caught my stride when jammed to “High Ground” by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
We were skeptical at first but this has been now confirmed by the author via the comments of the YouTube video embedded below! Now this game REALLY needs a bass mode!!
