Walk is tuned 1 whole step down in all strings then a further 1/4 step down in the 6th string if I'm not mistaken. It can be played in standard tuning but the audio must be pitch shifted (like Mississipi Queen). Or maybe it will be Drop D with a slightly different arrangement, as you can see in some transcriptions around the net.
