Speculation: Rocksmith+ hints at upcoming months content

Hello Rocksmith fans!

Last Monday, on Social Media Rocksmith+ shared this image detailing the next two months of proposed content.

It also features a Kitty!

We are operating under the assumption that everything being shown on this image implies that Rocksmith+ has acquired the rights to the master tracks for these artists going forward, so yes Sublime and Bob Marley & The Wailers will be replacing the covers in the library as has happened with Megadeth and MUSE previously.

This also prevents an unique opportunity for Rocksmith+ to license the LIVE version of No Woman, No Cry since the RS+ library is full of live renditions unlike the Rocksmith 2014 library.

Also hoping they get some unexpected Sublime cuts, would be great for acoustic players…

While we are on the subject of covers turning into master tracks the poster also indicates that we will be replacing the covers of Zombie (The Cranberries), Chasing Cars (Snow Patrol), Every Rose Has Its Thorn (Poison), and Here Without You / Kryptonite (3 Doors Down).

I can also hope that we get addition Cranberries songs, like the expected Linger and Dreams but also this banger.

The Flaming Lips have already had a track in Rocksmith 2014 (in case you didn’t know)

They also had a song in Rock Band 3 (which had Pro Guitar)

America is actually a highly requested band if only (I’m assuming) because they have a song that is often misheard as Neil Young that was in Breaking Bad.
