Speculation: Rocksmith Newsletter hints at February 2018 DLC

Hello Rocksmith fans!

We got the newsletter, and with it comes three out of four hints for what awaits us this month for Rocksmith Remastered DLC!

Let’s see what @DanAmrich and @UbisoftStudioSF are hinting at for February shall we?

We welcome a lady to the library

We all know what this is…

a classic song gets a little quieter

I’ve predicted this a few times but now I’m pretty confident it’s going to happen…

or maybe…

Would be good if you plan on playing a wedding or bar mitzvah…

and heavy things come in threes

Could we finally get that DLC pack that has us bouncing around the room?

Hey Jon, are those your drums?

What do you think @UbisoftStudioSF and @Rocksmithgame are hinting at this month? Do these hints excite you? Let us know!

  1. John Mayer. He had an album called Heavier Things in 2003 then followed that up with the John Mayer Trio.

Who Did You Think I Was
Good Love is On The Way
    Gravity
    Vultures
(2 Bonus tracks) Daughters / Neon

  2. Although it is not much quieter than the Fleetwood Mac original, I would warmly welcome the Smashing Pumpkins cover of “Landslide” (maybe in a nice SP six pack! please rocksmith?) . As for the heavy things that come in threes? I’m intrigued. And yes, I will give Lady Gaga a chance!

    1. You might be right… Cum on Feel the Noize was originally a song by Slade, so that could be what is meant by a classic getting quieter…

    1. I like the song, but I can’t see myself wanting to play the Disturbed version on my guitar. Who knows, maybe the note-trackers can do something with it, but to me– one of the most charming aspects of Rocksmith is that for the most part, the note tracking is authentic guitar parts!!
