Frenetic orators makes me think Scatman John. It couldn’t be that… or could it? (I would go for it.)
I’ll just throw in another guess: Korn – Freak On a Leash. But I think Manic Street Preachers is a better guess.

Ok so if there is a dead Kennedy’s song to hit RS it has to be their funniest and best song every Too Drunk To F__K!!! I know it will never happen because of content but it’s the funny and the guitar in it is excellent, it’s almost like original punk meets surf music would be awesome to learn to play!!!!

Manic street preachers would be an insta-buy for me, I’m hoping this happens after the dearth of interesting DLC over the last few months.

Presidents pack would be cool with lump , Cleveland rocks and dune buggy. Those guys are good musicians and have a sense of humor which is rare in music
I think Manic Street Preachers fit “frenetic orators” and perhaps X Ambassadors for ex representatives? 2010s mix pack?
Hope it’s not a 2010s mix pack, Manic Street Preachers output was piss poor once Richey disappeared! Generation Terrorists or Holy Bible all the way.
Yeah, I’m not terribly excited by Manic Street Preachers but it would fit as well as anything else I can think of.
Frenetic Orators = Talk Talk?
Seems a little fast for Houses / Fast Talk to hit Rocksmith. Also not a lot of guitar in that song..
If it turns out to be a track by Reagan Youth I’ll buy it on every platform. Maybe throw in some Sloppy Seconds and Lazy Cowgirls for a pretty sweet 3 pack. A boy can dream
Reagan Youth and the Dead Kennedys is the least Ubisoft could do for us after that POS Pretty Reckless pack.
Motorcycle Emptiness is one of my most wanted songs; so fingers waaaaay crossed.
Hadn’t heard that song before but I like the guitar in it.
I’m a massive Manics fan and would welcome the addition of this one. I’ve voted many times for Manics to appear as some of their guitar work and songwriting is fantastic!
Yeah, if we’re lucky we’ll get a whole DLC pack for them.
