Foo Fighters? Rock music for the masses. Even Dave Grohl considers QOTSA the superior band. GIVE US A QOTSA PACK!!!

Excellent observation, Paul!
Pack 01 could mean the first of many. But, on the marketplace, it only states foo fighters pack. Does not mention pack 1. Anyway, if us, fans, keep posting and asking for more, who knows?

About fricking time we had some great DLC. I haven't bought anything since launch in the US. Now all we need is some Tom Petty and I'll be a happy man.

For me, the Foo Fighters are a hit or miss group, I may not Know "Walk", but the other four are songs that are on my mix while I'm driving. I'm so glad that "My Hero" made the cut, thats the song that got me into the group. Rock on XD

why all the complaining? it says at the top this is Foo Fighters Pack 01!!

meaning there will no doubt be more dlc on the way..

as for the song choice im shocked some fans dont know what 'walk' is.. probably one of my fav songs the last couple years!

all the songs in this pack have a similar vibe to them so the next pack will probably be heavier or slower. wouldnt mind some foo acoustics 😉

I wonder if Rocksmith is just testing the waters with this pack. I'm sure they know that there are more popular songs by the Foo Fighters. So hopefully we will see multiple packs in the future. All in all, it's still the best DLC so far, in my opinion.

Amazing pack! As long as you replace Times Like These, My Hero, Wheels, and Best of You with Everlong, Monkey Wrench, The Pretender, and Long Road to Ruin.

Perfect setlist with foo fighters… Its about time for rocksmith and ubisoft to think of an entire special disc/dlc, like we had beatles rockband or guitar hero metallica, how about a rocksmith foo fighters in the near future??

I don't consider myself a fan but I like many of their songs. However, I feel this selection may be too much on the "soft" side. Where's Monkey Wrench?

Over all I am happy with this one but agree with most in that I could have done with out wheels. Probably my least favorite track from them.

I am not surprised for everlong. It was eighter licensed with another game OR well have foo fighters pack 2 in 2013!! I have nothing to say about the pack except for a big thank you and I WANT MORE!!

I feel like this pack barely missed te mark. Some of the songs are perfect, and some are just filler. I cant believe everlong was left out.

Good God! I don't even like the Foo Fighters that much, but you can't tell me that "Walk", "Wheels" "Times like These" are better choices than "Everlong", "All My Life", or "Pretender". They may as well have included "Learn How to Fly".

"Walk" is on Wasting Light. It's also in the movie "Thor."

Love that song.

fyi ALL are hits and great songs. Simply put: you could have like 20 more Foo songs that would be great for Rocksmith and great to learn. Let's keep the great song packs going and the weekly dlc!

love the track list. been waiting for foo fighters since you launched the game.
one thing though, "wheels" is a awesome song, but im dying to rock out. Could have gone with a lot of other tracks from foo.
One last thing, any thoughts for live event songs? Like memorable live performances?
Just an idea, let me know if you need any help. This game is my eyes is the best thing for helping someone with a guitar. Sometimes you need that. great game and thanks

I love this selection, i know a few fans have a hang up with wheels, but its still a great track to learn if your a novice. Easy chords. Easy solo but it flows.
I remember watching the foos a couple of years ago at the milton keynes bowl uk. What a great day. He stood on a seperate platform out in the middle of the crowd with just his acoustic singing wheels.
There was just something about that moment.
As for the exclusion of everlong my only thought is, is that its quite a basic tune thats easy to master.
Its 1 of the first foo tracks i learned. Its not technically challenging quite like wheels. But wheels has more melody.
I would have liked to see the pretender on the list, after all it is a foo anthem, maybe as a seperate dl in the future.
Even so microsoft have my mucho dinero for this pack.
