This time we get the previously revealed songs REO Speedwagon’s hit single Take It On The Run (Hi Infidelity 1981), and yet another single from Queen the guitar driven solo fest that is I Want It All (The Miracle . 1989). To wrap up the pack, is something you probably never expected, for the first time ever in a music game, the American hardcore band Black Flag brings the violent guitar and bass combo of Rise Above (Damaged 1981). Finally, Death Grips in Rocksmith Remastered, awesome.

I’m a huge R.E.O. fan, but a “back in the day” type of fan who refers to “Hi Infidelity” as “the sell-out album”. Oh well, I’ll still get this whiny song because Gary rocks. 🙂
R.E.O. was one of the best straight-up hard rock live acts of the 70s. I would love to get some of their classic stuff in the game. Give the studio version of “Golden Country” a listen if you aren’t familiar.
I didn’t care for the Black flag song but the other two were good. I like getting 70’s bands in 80’s packs! 🙂
Maybe we’ll get Slip It In for Valentine’s Day.
Not the biggest fan of the REO song but it’s decent. But the Queen and Black Flag songs? Really awesome! Definitely buying this!
I’ll get Queen, skipping the other ones though.

I didn’t see that coming black flag that’s awesome. This makes me hopeful that minor threat and fugazi will make it one day
