Song Speculation: Eve 6 turns Rocksmith inside out with 90s Mix II

Hello Rocksmith fans!

This week we are going back to the 90s once again with a second mix pack! This one has three songs and will take us to 998 total songs, exciting!

Let’s take a look at the clue for today, shall we?

It’s a GIF, which means there is a password to crack

password was “hollywood”

What does that mean?

Ohhhh…

Rendezvous then I’m through with you

Awesome!

What other two songs could join this very 90s single? Here’s some ideas.

What follows is speculation

Could this be what @DanAmrich is hinting at by “Enjoy a drink mixer”

Can we get a song by The Cardigans for this pack?

Rory wants this 90s hit, my fingers really don’t…

Would be a good time for this to show up…

Would be a good month for this one to appear!

Are you excited for another trip to the 90s? Or would you rather go further back again? What else are you hoping to see show up to join Inside Out? Let us know!

  1. I can’t find myself getting interested in any of these prognostications. It’s OK though; I have lots to work on still, and sometimes that’t the better choice.

    1. “Hanging By A Moment” was released in 2000. Mathematically speaking this would be the last year of the 90’s decade, so it makes me curious where they place the cut off for these instances.

  2. This should be another good pack. So many great songs from the 90s. I like some of your suggestions in particular Space Hog and 4 Non Blondes. How about some Can-Con hopefuls, the 90s was a great decade for Canadian Rock. I really wish all of these bands would get their own pack but until they do, I’ll take anything I can get. (I’ve already requested all of these and more)

Tea Party – The Bizarre, Sister Awake. The River, Temptation
Sloan – Money City Maniacs, The Good in Everyone, Underwhelmed
Tragically Hip – Bobcaygean, Little Bones, Ahead By a Century
Our Lady Peace – Starseed, Naveed, Superman’s Dead
Mathew Good Band – Apparitions, Hello Time Bomb, Everything is Automatic
    Moist – Silver, Push, Resurrection

    1. For The Tea Party, it’s “The Bazaar”….and that would be an awesome song. Or any other Tea Party song…glad someone else remembers them beside me.

      +1 on Bobcaygeon as well.

      1. Lol. Indeed. That’s a stupid typo, my bad. Thanks for the correction. I’m actually going to see The Tea Party this Friday. Can’t wait.

    2. More “Can-Con” would be awesome, especially an ’80’s rock pack;
      Aldo Nova – Fantasy
      Coney Hatch – Monkey Bars
Saga – On the Loose (or a Saga 5 pack)
Kim Mitchell – Lager & Ale (or a Kim Mitchell/Max Webster 5 pack)
Honeymoon Suite – Burning in Love
… considering The Riffrepeater’s Canadian roots perhaps he can help this happen ?

      1. Oh I would love a Kim Mitchell pack – Patio Lanterns, Go for a Soda, I Am a Wild Party, Lager & Ale! and Honeymoon Suite pack – Stay in the Light, New Girl Now, Burning in Love, Wave Babies. While we’re at it, more Loverboy would be great, maybe some 54-40 too…it never ends!

  3. Hype for the 90’s ! Another chance to have a song from Pornograffitti or 3 Sides ! o/
Come on, I won’t give up! ^^’ (Nice you put He-Man in your list btw 😉 )

  4. Stabbing westwards-save yourself and or ministry jesus built my hotrod would be great chicago industrial entries

  5. There are so many 90s songs I would love to see make it to Rocksmith(I could go on and on):

    Alanis – You Oughta Know
    Hum – Stars
    Spacehog – In the Meantime
    Helmet – Unsung
Brother Cane – And Fools Shine On
Temple of the Dog – Hunger Strike
    The Refreshments – Banditos
    Dishwalla – Counting Blue Cars
Sponge – Plowed, or Molly(Sixteen Candles)
Guster – Barrel of a Gun
    4 Non Blondes – What’s Up
    Harvey Danger – Flagpole Sitta
    Belly – Feed the Tree
    The Breeders – Cannonball
Throwing Muses – Bright Yellow Gun
    Elastica – Connection
Guano Apes – Proud Like a God
    I Mother Earth – Levitate
    Meat Puppets – Backwater
Placebo – Every You Every Me
Our Lady Peace – Starseed (but they need a whole pack)
Veruca Salt – Volcano Girls (but they need a whole pack, too)
Live, Goo Goo Dolls, Matthew Sweet, Candlebox, Nine Inch Nails, Dave Matthews Band, Corrosion of Conformity, Down, At the Drive-In, and Monster Magnet all need their own packs.

I could go on and on…but I should stop.

  6. “You outta know”, “Lightening crashes” and “In the meantime” would all be great. Blues Traveler would be cool too.

  7. I bet live will make their debut it’s overdue probably with lightning crashes or i alone. One nineties band that I would love to see is urge overkill sister havana

  8. What I’d like to see;
    Live – “I Alone”
Temple of the Dog – “Hunger Strike”
Soul Asylum – “Somebody to Shove”
    Veruca Salt – “Seether”

    What we’ll get;
    Alanis – “You Oughta Know”
    Counting Crows – “Mr. Jones”
    Soul Asylum – “Runaway Train”
Crash Test Dummies – “mmm mmm mmm mmm”

  9. I would love to see Spacehog make it to Rocksmith. In the Meantime has a killer bassline. One of my favorite songs from the 90s.

  10. Yay, I was right about a 90s pack, Im going to still say tonic if you could only is the other track and I think we are long overdue for some lenny, so im guessing “fly away” is the other song besides tonic and eve6
