Song Speculation: Joy Division brings Disorder to Rocksmith

Hello Rocksmith fans!

Welcome to the first DLC reveal of October, 2018!

RollingStone222’s clue has been posted and solved, and with that, we have a brand new artist headed to Rocksmith Remastered close to 1300 song library with a THREE song pack!

Let’s check it out!

No GIF!

Could this be right?

This seems more likely…

It is!

This is the second appearance of @joydivision in a music game!

What other two songs could end up in the Joy Division Song Pack?

What follows is speculation

It’ll be a rough week if this isn’t in… (Confirmed by Newsletter)

Just to help out with the Nine Inch Nails pack 🤞

There you have it, October will begin with the post-punk English band that has that cool t-shirt! Are you excited, or is this an instant pass? Let us know!

Couldn’t be happier about this. They’ve been my favourite band for a very long time. Would love to see Dead Souls and one of Digital, She’s Lost Control or Twenty Four Hours as the other two songs, but these may be a bit obscure. Transmission is a possibility. Love Will Tear Us Apart is a probability, but there’s not exactly a lot of guitar in that song!

So looking forward to this one! Day 1 purchase for me.
Transmission and Dead Souls would round out a dream pack, but I’ll take whatever I can get.

Well if you look at the hints for October, one of the others is it is spooky……the name of one of NO’s songs off Republic.
I doubt it, but it is nice to dream…..hehe

I thought joy division already had a pack in this game and went under the underground name interpol. its cool to hear some skinny tie music made it to the game. I wonder if the smiths will ever make it

Fantastic. If we can get Interzone and Shadowplay, it will be the perfect pack.

should be a fun pack -- don’t see how love isn’t in it.

I wonderif it will be all JD or if a new order track might get snuck in. Probably just means I’ll be buying a pack either way. Maybe this means killing joke will be next. A new cure pack would be nice too.

I would really love some Killing Joke… just saw them live last week in Dallas… they still are killing it.

I’ve been to over a 1,000 live shows and seen over 10,000 live bands in the last 20 years. Killing joke is no contest in the top 10 live bands I’ve ever seen. Plus most people dont realize how much the influnced bands around the world, what would ministry, metallica, fear factory, nirvana, nine inch nails and countless other bands sound like without them. Probably the single most influential band to come out Britain in the 70s. Yeah most people would pick sex pistols, the clash, maybe even joy division or the cure, but no one used and mixed as many genres and then in turn had an impact as wide as them. I miss raven though. Glad to have the Og line up back but paul was always great to spend time with when ever he was around. Big heart in a great guy. To bad it gave out to soon.

The Wait, Primitive, Love Like Blood, maybe?

Also we have seen a lot of 3 packs this year, but a five pack of this means probably everyone would get what they really want. Stonesour and some of the others really should’ve been larger as well.
