As revealed over the weekend the arrival of a King, @ElleKingMusic that is! Yes Ex’s & Oh’s (Love Stuff – 2015) is one of THREE songs this week. Later today @Rocksmithgame revealed that @TheWarOnDrugs would make their second music game appearance with Red Eyes (Lost in the Dream – 2014). Through the magic of Xbox AU, we can confirm the third song is returning artist @Coldplay, with their ONE BILLION+ viewed single off 2011’s Mylo Xyloto, it’s Paradise!
This week, there is a single alt. arrangement for Coldplay’s “Paradise”:
The main (representative) lead path is a “best of” collection of parts, including guitar, vocals, and synth.
The alt. lead path is a complete vocal arrangement, in a higher octave, and includes the guitar solo near the end of the song.
Per Note Tracker, Brian Sheu:
“For some aspects of the vocals I mimicked some of the doublestop-esque piano lines heard throughout the tune. It can be idiomatic for guitar to spice up melodies in this way as well and I thought it’d be cool to include.”
