Avril Lavigne’s inclusion in guitar based music games isn’t as widespread as one would think. Until last year the only guitar game that included her music was Rock Revolution with a cover of Sk8er Boi. Both Modern Hits and Band Hero DS featured Avril’s music as well. In 2015 Guitar Hero Live included Here’s To Never Growing Up on their main setlist. Finally in 2016 Rock Band finally released a three pack for the Canadian punky-pop queen featuring Complicated, My Happy Ending, and What The Hell. Avril’s music has been featured in other music games such as Elite Beat Agents, Karaoke Revolution, Lips and Singstar.
With all that said, what could be in store for this five pack, eh?

Speculation, shmeculation… This song is for sure in, the newsletter this month hints at it, and it’s probably her biggest hit (it’s her debut). When this song came out it enraged my very authentic skater self…

– My Happy Ending (twitter)
– Complicated (newsletter hint)
– Girlfriend (because it would be very fun to play)
– Unwanted (because personal fav’ :p ) … or more realistically “Losing Grip” maybe

Well I honestly don’t know if I’ll buy this… I’ll wait to see the charts.
Its al good and all but How about throwing in some pink floyd ,led zeppelin,eagles or some Beatles as well i would love to learn me how to play stairway to heaven just saying here
You are pining for some very difficult to license bands, since you seem to be new to this whole thing here are some songs in the Rocksmith library that resemble the bands you want.
This song is pretty much Stairway to Heaven past the intro

Hmm. Alright. I’m not hatin’. Not a big fan either. Just curious. She does have some songs I like and I do have that 1st CD.
On another note, I can’t say this enough. Ubisoft is really branching out this year with some serious “variety”. This is a really good year so far.
