Let’s check out the clue from RollingStone222

No GIF!

?

What else?

definitely doing it right!

Great, what’s this idiot saying now…

We did it!

It’s a THREE pack!

This is the second appearance of Motorcycle Emptiness in a music game as they received three songs via the now defunct Guitar Hero TV…

Hey it’s that girl from The Cardigans!

What other TWO songs will we see join Motorcycle Emptiness next week?

What follows is speculation

Football innit

Finally one step closer to the Rihanna pack we want

Probably a good chance of this one

Hoping for this one as well

Maybe something a bit upbeat

Are you excited about @Manics coming to Rocksmith Remastered next week? Or is this the first time you are hearing this alternative rock trio from Wales? Let us know!

  1. This one I’ll buy no matter the songs.

Would love to see how badly the UI is broken by ifwhiteamericatoldthetruthforonedayitsworldwouldfallapart though

  2. Can’t wait to play these! Motorcycle emptiness was one of my fave tracks as an 18 year old student. Please Dark lords of Ubisoft, don’t let design for life be one of the others.

  3. Did you know you can get nearly every song from guitar hero 3 in rocksmith, you can get each pack of every available band during steam sale for near $100 (I own a few already so that may not be an accurate estimate but you can just buy the sing songs for less that’s for sure)

Did you know that out of the top 40 requested songs rocksmith has obtained ruffly 25 of the top requested bands. A significant amount of those bands have a large amount of songs from multiple packs but a few bands only have one or two songs available.

    1. Lot of once-song artists out there I really want more of. I’ve talked about on-disc artists a few times but from the long standing DLC artists I really want more of the Stooges and Blondie. Black Flag, too.

      1. Thanks Elliott, I went on a request binge off of that a while back.
I was really crossing my fingers for Bloc Part/Helicopter on that last indie pack.

  4. I’m hoping we get This is Yesterday and Sleepflower, a track from each of the first three albums for this first pack would be a worthy start to a band that warrant a five pack on the next time around

  5. Fingers crossed for at least one song off The Holy Bible. Faster would be the likely choice but I’d be happy with Revol, 4st 7lb, or This Is Yesterday.

    1. Why all the downvotes on this comment? I don’t know this band at all and have no skin in the game, but from listening to that first song I agree. Good guitar and whiny vocals is very Journey-esque.

    1. On my list too. If you asked me right now I’d go with, say, She sells sanctuary, Rain and Painted on my heart but they can totally add more then one pack.

      1. Sanctuary and Rain would both be in my top 3; I’d round it out with Love Removal Machine or Resurrection Joe but if i were to guess I’d expect to see at least one song off Sonic Temple with the annivesary coming up.

The later records are actually great; this one is a burner

        1. I know that song. I’ve got the album as well. The last time I saw them preform the best thing happened. It was for the beyond good and evil album. They’ve got the album cover blown up on a flag at least 40, easily bigger. Everything goes black, audience cheers they start playing whichever of the singles had just been released, backlight goes on. You can see all of their silhouettes against the album cover banner. 30-60 seconds tops they drop the banner. It comes down directly on top of Duffy. Who now has to play the rest of the song under this thing. It was more spinal tap than anything spinal tap did: it was so great and funny.

            1. He don’t miss a note. He deserves credit for that. Completely and utterly professional. Yet so funny. Nothing for the rest of the night could live up to that. Although certainly didn’t laugh as much as Sunn O opening up for Celtic Frost but that is another story.

    2. I’ve requested all their hits. Surprised a lot of bands like that haven’t made it into the game so far.

      1. When I saw Paul Cross in 2016 I mentioned Manics had been licensed for GHTV
“I saw that, guess we should go after them”
        Only took 3 years

    1. UK #40; I’d be surprised to see two songs from Generation Terrorists but it could happen. Great song.

  6. Always great to see content where any 3 picks will always leave me wanting more. Best release of the year, so far.

  7. I really want to see Faster; If You Tolerate This would be a good one too, but they’ve got so many great songs.

    1. Well our first track is from the right era, as ever we’ll find out what our other 2 tracks are. This will bring wrath and ire but I always felt motorcycle Emptiness fairly over rated and never cared for the guitar on that track. Just me though.

        1. Oh that’s fine it just sounds like journey to me. Don’t stop believing probably. Don’t like that band or that song so reminding me of it is a turn off.
