A pack of Rock Covers? What a great idea, and there sure is a a lot to choose from. Could bands from the Rocksmith library return in this mixed pack? Who knows!

“99 Red Balloons”, “Careless Whisper”, “Bad Romance” and “Tainted Love”. I heard Manson’s cover of “Tainted Love” last night and was thinking it would be a good fit for this pack.

Actually after listening to that again I want the new Dinosaur Jr music in Rocksmith.

It’d be weird to have 2 versions of ‘Just Like Heaven’ though. Hard to imagine they can get the rights to the Beatles, either. Both would be fun though.

The Primus version of “Have a Cigar” would be great, but I’m sure Pink Floyd are too big of douches to ever license it for a lowly video game.
I’m really, REALLY hoping for the Hendrix versions of Hey Joe or All Along the Watchtower (we’ve had both Hendrix songs and Bob Dylan songs in Rocksmith, so I’d say it’s plausible that we could get AATW).
Also another one that you should have mentioned in the speculation is I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll, as this was originally a song by the Arrows, however, everyone always thinks of Joan Jett’s version.
