Hello Rocksmith fans!
Looks like the newsletter has been mailed out which means we have a chance to predict what August has in store for us!
Ok, so we can take care of one of these…
A very potent potable!
That is definitely referring to Tequila by The Champs!
Some music from Manchester
This one is a bit tricky, there are many possibilities but I am going to go with a pack from The Smiths.
Of course it could also be Joy Division or New Order, or it may even be a mixed pack… Speculation gone wild!

Or perhaps it’s a band that @CrossieRS has been trying to get for awhile now…
@NixInTheMix22 early 2015 🙂 glad I'm not gonna be the only one buying that! And yes, Go Giants!

Or maybe @UbisoftStudioSF read my article?

Something autobiographical
This is my best guess for this one, and I hope I’m right

Many of @NineInchNails’ songs are from the first person so I think it isn’t that farfetched. Of course it could also easily be Sex Pistols with Anarchy In the UK or even Don McLean’s American Pie!

Of course there are just our predictions… What do you think @DanAmrich is hinting at? Let us know!

Okay so in light of this weekend’s theatrical release, the first thing that comes to mind for autobiographical is “Let Me Ride” by Dr. Dre
Going in a completely different direction No Woman No Cry would be nice as well.
Yeah i know, keep dreaming.
Is The Cult from Manchester? I’m too lazy to look it up but would be an awesome DLC pack
Van Morrison had autobiographical songs like brown eyed girl & and it stoned me but I’m thinking more along the lines of a Jimmy Buffett with margaritaville and come Monday etc…
When doves cry by Prince would be awesome
I just want one solid month of music that has been released in this decade. I don’t understand why they have completely abandoned new music
You mean like the new Rush album?
YES.
Variety in decades is important, that’s why we won’t get a full month of 2010’s. Last month had 4 songs from this decade which is a reasonable (all of the Volbeat pack except Still Counting). June had 1 (I Appear Missing), March had 1 (Becoming a Jackal), January had 1 (Guilty All the Same). For a franchise that started 4 years after Rock Band, you should be happy that we have this much 2010’s!
Upon that video reminding me of Brand New Sin, I played the couple albums I had and had to put a formal request in for them. You can get a 3 pk easy from “Recipe for Disaster” album. Awesome southern rock bar band type. Like Molly Hatchet kicked up a few notches.
According to Playstation EU, it looks like Social Distortion is next week.
Am I the only one that got excited when they saw Brand New Sin’s “Tequila” album as the first vid. There are some great songs on that album, have to say got my hopes up thinking it was to good to be true. Ah well….
